Hyzah, a singer from Nigeria, went viral after he posted a series of videos of himself freestyling on a street in Lagos.

A day later he was noticed by Grammy Award winning rapper Drake, who sent him a direct message to say, ‘U are amazing’. Commenting on the recognition, Hyzah said ‘Just yesterday I had only 2 followers only to wake up this morning to see Drake @champagnepapi following me... Thanks for the love & repost!! You guys are amazing!!’. In less than a week his Instagram following rose to more than 115k, and his videos have been shared by publications including Complex and SBTV.
